Ripple ("the app") is a daily synonym word game. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
Ripple does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. All game data — including your scores, statistics, and game history — is stored locally on your device.
Ripple supports Apple Game Center for leaderboards. If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your scores are submitted to Apple's Game Center service. This is managed entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy. Game Center sign-in is optional and the app functions fully without it.
Ripple may request permission to send you local push notifications to remind you to play the daily word. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device — no data is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Ripple does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. Game Center sign-in is optional.
Ripple does not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. We do not track your usage, location, or behaviour.
Ripple does not share any data with third parties. Game Center data is handled by Apple under their own privacy policy.
The app stores the following data locally on your device using AsyncStorage:
— Daily game results (word, score, words found)
— Game statistics (games played, streaks, best score)
— This data never leaves your device and is deleted if you uninstall the app.
Ripple does not knowingly collect any data from children. The app is suitable for all ages.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
